I hope the admins clean up this board soon!

I can't believe what a clusterfvck this board is. There is very little in the way of actual legitimate discussions on this board. Rather it's filled with rape jokes made by seriously sick and/or immature people. After only 4 pages of threads, I'd reported so many posts and topics for being 'obscene/pornographic/indecent' that I can't make any more reports and there's still 4 pages of threads I haven't looked at. I'll be back to report the remaining posts/threads and I hope the admins can finally clean up these boards as alot of the topics/posts I speak of are from as far back as 2010 and are still visible.

I know young people use the internet purely for trolling and saying stupid things but please, do it somewhere else.

Before SnoozeAlarm replies like he does to every thread, especially rape joke threads, you were on my ignore list long before I visited this board so don't bother replying.

Yeah, I just came here now as Deliverance is on and at times I like to hit a movie's IMDB page when watching it...especially when it's a film I know well and won't miss anything.

I too was dismayed with all the crap posts here, but I just put the handful of jerks on ignore and the board cleared up for me.

I agree with you. I just watched this movie again - it seriously blew me away - and I expected some interesting discussions regarding the intriguing cinematography and the obvious cultural pessimism of this marvellous film.

And this is such a good film that it is a shame that is what is discussed so much on the board. Just shows you what has the world has come to. Also the acting is incredible. Jon Voight Ned Beatty and Burt Reynolds act there socks off!

This has nothing to do with life being a joyless journey. Seriously, people have to stop taking male rape as a joke. Specially men. It harms them.

It also harms us women. The last serial-rapist that was caught in Spain had suffered from a rape quite similar to the one described in this movie. Him and a friend. Instead of asking for therapy, they agreed to not tell anyone, ever. One commited suicide: couldn't handle the trauma without help. The other handled the trauma by raping women, until he was caught and tried to commit suicide in jail.

Rape is not a joke, not if it's male rape either. I'll never understand why men throw so much dirt upon themselves. What happened in this movie could happen to anyone. I just wish next victim went to the police, so the perpetrator gets caught, and asks for psychological help.

I'm all for cleaning the boards of that crap, too.

None of the jokes are about rape. The jokes are about a silly fictional movie. A shame you can't comprehend the difference.

I can't believe people spend their time reporting topics and boards, as if this will somehow make the world a better place. This is like how people want to prefer the KKK doesn't exist, rather than show them in a true light, it's ridiculous. I much prefer people voices their opinions no matter how wrong, than silencing them and making it so they know to keep it as a topic between them and their friends, that's how trouble REALLY starts. I have seen so many good threads deleted, including one of my own, that was not making jokes about rape like a 12 year old. Censorship is NEVER the answer to anything, the kind of people who censor are dictators and people who like to suppress knowledge, I would ALWAYS prefer to know how someone thinks than be oblivious.
