Watching it again on El Rey they have the year listed as 1972 not 1974 like it lists here

I think they also had 1972 listed in the end credits. I know sometimes they make movies and then they take a while to finally get released so maybe that has something to do with it.

For some reason it was released in the U.S. after most troops were withdrawn from Vietnam. Guess it was political.
