With little fanfare, WB have announced a DVD release of DEALING, as part of their internet-only Warner Archive label. As such, it will only be shipped to U.S. buyers, and will be a no-frills release, but it will be 16x9; possibly the first time the movie has been seen in its proper 2.35:1 scope ratio since it's initial release.

shareI ordered the DVD from Deep Discount DVD for about thirteen dollars. Enjoyable offbeat film that neatly captures the easy'n'breezy laid-back amoral vibe of the early 70's drug counterculture.
