Most absurd shootout I've ever seen -spoilers-

Every guy that shot someone, was then immediately shot himself. It was like they were playing dominoes. Maybe there was supposed to be a message here, but it was a little too thoroughly hammered in. If you want to portray "live by the gun, die by the gun" that message would be quite clear with any shootout.

When it got to the last guy, I wondered if the kid would be the one to kill him, that was the one surprise when a guy popped up from apparent death and knocked down the last domino.

The cattle drive in this movie had more shootouts than all of the real cattle drives in history had combined. This movie is a typical Jerry Bruckheimer movie even though he's only listed as an associate producer. The title for this movie in Australia was Dust, Sweat, and Gunpowder- which can be the title for about 1/2 of his movies.

How would you know? You're not an American. None of the Bopeep family are really Americans. Get back to your sheep.
