Who is the narrator in the beginning?

I've heard that voice before. Either on Star Trek or other TV shows of the '60s and '70s. It's not Vic Perrin, but someone close. Anyone?

sure sounds like the Outer Limits guy, which I think other posts have said is Vic Perrin. Considering this was 10 years later, voice might have changed a bit during that time.
