Cisco wasn't a very good pot salesman

Several times we see where he was asking 200 bucks a kilo, but the prospective buyers were wanting to offer less. But Cisco did little if anything to emphasize to them what exceptional marijuana he was selling - grass that was much better than the usual stuff available, therefore worth the price he was asking.
