Missing Footage!

Can ANYONE on this earth tell me where the rest of the black and white footage went, especially the orgy scene at the spa? I've wanted to see that footage for so long, especially after I read the dramatic account of what happened in Jean Stein's book. I hope someone can help. the extras on the DVD are minimal, really, compared to what has still never been seen.

I'd say it's likely lost or it would have been included on the DVD or what was shot ended up in the film.

You could always try emailing David Weisman to ask him. If anyone had it, it would be him.

I believe that David has been working on a documentary called Edie: Girl on Fire, as a companion piece to his book of the same name. Hopefully that will come out because I too am DYING to see more.
