And oh god was it awesome!

reply

oh yes it was! got to love rowdy showings!

reply

Hahaha Oh Saddam! I love whoever said that.

reply

that was good. I was yelling my own fair share. Hard to keep up. The janitor looked like Biff from back to the future. I also want to try the bear stunt.

reply

Bear stunt < Bus driving stunt

reply

thats awesome you were there. May i ask who you are? where did you sit? I was one of the few guys who cheered all through out Zombi. I am sure i scared a few people.big beard and a lot of tattoos and yelling at zombie gore will do that.

reply

I actually just moved here and managed to find out about this, WIN! I was sitting near the back, with the people who got all the trivia questions right. :P I have red hair and forgot to wear black and gore.

reply

nice. for cheerleaders i was in the very back against the wall. nice and creepy. :)

reply

Doesn't this movie just make you want to go out and lose your virginity to a quarterback in the locker room?

reply

ha. thats funny. it does in way make want to explore men. no wait it doesnt! so are you on myspace? I help promote these screenings for Andrea. We could always use a few good foot soliders.

reply

Ahh, you're that guy!

reply

that guy?? Uh oh. sounds like i did something bad.

reply

I guess that depends why you were sitting at the back of the theater during a skin flick, ha! ;)

reply

ahh i see...how non-pc was that movie. damn. i wished someone had the balls to do a remake of that. WOW! Fallwell would spin in his grave.

reply

Well there's always the remake of Debbie Does Dallas on its way if you just want nekkid cheerleaders :D

reply

wow! really. If its rated i wont touch it. no pun intended.

reply

Did we see the R version or the X version?

reply

not sure...maybe x. way too much bush for an R.but i could be wrong.

reply

Well I was there and from what I recall it seemed pretty choppy at certain points. I don't know if that's really because it was an R or X rated version or just really bad production values.
Additionally, with movies like these it's hard to find complete celluloid rolls of them since the old tradition among projectionists back in the day of cutting a few frames of a certain scene for themselves.
But if it's bothering you to the point where you feel you really need to know for sure they have a uncut VHS and DVD-R version for sale at revengeismydestiny.com as well as several other explotation classics. It's where I got my copies of Boss *beep* and Kill Point.

The new DVD is the "X" version, according to the commentary with the director and writer. The VHS version was the "R" version. I agree - I've seen both and the DVD version has a scene that is not in the VHS version. The only difference between the X and R versions was the scene with the girls coach and the blonde on the stationary bike -

One of my friends in high school told me that there was an "X" version that was hardcore. Not true from what I've read.

Actually, the theatrical version I saw (second billing to Fritz the Cat) looked pretty hardcore with the lesbians on the exercise bike scene. I remember that the girl behind definitely had her fingers clutching the front girl's vagina, and they came to a thundering, screaming climax. A friend I was with, no stranger to hard-core porn, gasped "My God! They were really getting off on each other!" A mystery now, as I've only seen the teasing R-rated version on VCR that merely had the seated girl with her arms wrapped around the front girl's waist and lasted less than 30 seconds, but perhaps an unrated version is available on DVD. Right up there with the big finale in Femalien, which had one clublez.com commentator speculating if the two actresses (Vanesa Talor & Jacqueline Lovell) weren't taking full advantage of the moment. Since the director and camera crew took great pains to keep things shadowed and blocked by heads, the controversy about that scene still goes on. Those gals aren't talking, but stranger things have happened. By the way, I saw that blonde actress from the bike scene as the first victim in the early moments of Mother's Day.

Thank you everyone for coming out!!! Wasn't Cheerleaders magnificent! I especially love the "furry" scene (ha ha ha) and the jump cuts of the girl grinding the bus driver, that was hilarious!!

See you soon,
