Yes it was Norman. As for "why'' - The girls were rewarding him because he was responsible for scoring the winning touchdown for Amorosa High.

Yep, plus it enabled Claudia to make good on her bet with Coach Isabel (since Jeannie didn't "stay that way" until the end of the season!).
shareTotally unrealistic that they did it in the car wash. When you have five girls to satisfy, you need a hell of a lot more time than it takes a car to go through the wash. This was disappointing because the rest of the film was so realistic.
