Soundtrack Has Never Had a Proper Release

Bits and pieces have been released, like "Little Birdie," "The Thanksgiving Theme," and a piece entitled "Is it James or Charlie?" (corresponding to the arrival of guests Patty, Marcie, and Franklin). But there's a lots of unique jazz cues that haven't seen release; the traditional 'Peanuts' theme, "Linus & Lucy," has an entirely different performance (stylistically very early 70s). And then there's the cute little "Pilgrim Marching Music" that airs when Snoopy and Woodstock change into Pilgrim costumes.

Several of the other 'Charlie Brown' specials have had the kids' singing released (for example, 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' has tracks for 'Hark the Herald Angels Sing' and 'Christmastime is Here,' and 'Charlie Brown's Holiday Hits' has an a cappella track entitled 'Oh, Good Grief!'). But the kids' rendition of 'Over the River and Through the Woods' from this special hasn't been released.

For anyone who wants a recap with a view towards re-listening to the cues, here's A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (1973): 

This holiday special needs a CD soundtrack release all its own. 

Neither has "Great Pumpkin." I have a CD with the theme from this one and "The Great Pumpkin Waltz" from that one, but nothing else.

My people skills are fine. It's my tolerance of morons that needs work.
