After he insults Mamuwalde & his wife & they fought. While he's talking to Luva, you see tears streaming down his eyes. Why do you figure that happened?

Hi!!!

My guess is (and remember this is a guess) is that the actor playing Dracula was wearing some kind of contact lenses....maybe and it irritated his eyes.

Or it could have been fumes from the make up that caused his eyes to be irritated.
