What?

There were some things that that didn't match up from part 1 & part 2.

Why were the templers eyes burned in part 2 but in part 1 it said that their eyes were pecked out by crows? And why did they fall asleep or whatever happened at the end of part 2 when the sun came up?

Also, the city that they were buried in, part was seemed to be empty, and then in part 2 people lived there...?

Just wondering if anyone had any theories?

About the eyes thing, in part 2 it's an actual flashback, but in part 1 the story with the hanging and the crows was a legend. That book with the illustrations could have been written hundreds of years after the executions. It could be that over the years the details of were changed or embellished.

The start of part 2 doesn't make much sense anyway. If their bodies were burned, then all that would be left would be a pile of bones. When they rise from the grave they're some kind of mummies and they have flesh, so even if their flesh had been magically restored, why not their eyes?

Excellent points...maybe since their eyes weren't burnt with the rest of their body (since their eyes were removed prior to their burning) there was no way they could be restored...

This is an Italian Horror Movie.

Foolish dog, things like continuity and plot are for amateur idiots in Hollywood who lack real artistic vision.
