In the beginning, is there a naked girl running, and screaming with a hospital gown on?

Hmm, well if she has a hospital gown on, she can't really be naked.

I think the movie in question is "Blood Mania". During the opening credits, a youngish woman in a very sheer nightgown (no bra, I think, but undies on)is running from some unseen threat.

Heck, "Blood Mania" is worth watching for its own goofiness.
