DVD release ?
Does anyone know if this forgotten gem will be released on DVD anytime soon ?

I haven't heard anything about a DVD release, but they really ought to. It was playing on STARZ movie channels two months back so maybe that's a good sign.

Odd thing about this movie, it has never, as far as I know, had a proper video or DVD release, which is kind of strange, considering it has 2 huge stars and was released by a major film company, Columbia. Stranger still, the video I have of it is from GOOD TIMES, a company that speciaises in releasing movies that are in the public domain. So maybe Columbia let the copy right lapse?
shareok it had to have had a proper vhs release because i saw it in this cheap video store i like to go to.... i held it in my hands, looked at the back of the vhs tape...it looked like an official columbia release even had the columbia font on one side of the box and the font from the title of the movie on the other side of the box. I didn't get it cause i had just assumed oh warren beatty and goldie hawn, thing has gotta be on dvd...so i put it back and got something that looked less obvious for dvd...lo and behold i get back and this thing is not on dvd. d'oh.
shareI agree. this movie should be released on dvd. the more people requesting it may make it possible. I have also been trying to get the dvd of the girl from petrovka. My goldie hawn collection is incomplete. WE NEED THIS MOVIE ON DVD NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
