I got to season 8. Thinking of quitting. I can't stand Rose.

Isn’t there a replacement actor playing John Boy in season 8 as well? Show was really running on fumes at that point

Still better than the last 3-4 seasons of Little House. The Waltons seems to be a more consistent show and LHotP did really well for the first few seasons and then turned quickly into a real turkey.

The Walton's always seemed more authentic, LHOP was more like a modern family living in the 1800's.
