Possibly because Olivia seemed to have no relatives whatsoever or none with whom she had contact. Just a guess.
sharei bet john had angry sex
shareGonna nominate "prim and proper" Corabeth for this category Jason. You just know that she angrily straddled Ike every evening, to bitch about the previous events of her day, and just went to town on Mr Johnson, like she was grinding her own Johnsonville Sausage :D And Ike was probably all too happy to listen.
That dude had to be the luckiest, clueless bastard, on Walton’s mountain :D
lol how did i miss this 2 years ago
shareLol. Funny how I don’t even remember making half of these posts, from just a few years prior 😂
shareEvery now and again I run into some of my old posts from the IMDb forum and sometimes I answer them!
shareCool. Why not. If nothing else, sometimes it helps to restart a topic 🙂
sharemiss seeing ya on here, hope you are well
shareThanks buddy. Much appreciated. I’m doing well. I still lurk here from time to time. I keep meaning to post in the little house board again, but it seems I never find the time.
shareyea I have gotten away from that lol. Not sure where to even post at the time being. Mostly been watching nothing but baseball
share1. No reliable birth control available
2. Not much else to do at night on Walton’s Mountain
3. Kids back then helped their family out, got jobs, contributed.
4. Hope that their poverty would go away
I assume to work the farm. I believe before the 20th century it was common for families to have lots of children to work the land. Many of them died off at a young age before vaccines for childhood diseases became widely available.
shareBecause they were dumb hillbillies with no impulse control. And Olivia was a MILF.
shareIt's what people did back then. And every boy was fated to work in the family mill. So the more kids (preferably boys) the better.
