Episode Help

I liked this show as a kid. There is one scene that stands out in my memory. The human who keeps the Beta Capsule (can't recall his name and IMDB doesn't list the characters) gets thrown into a river or something similar with heavy current. As he is drowning, we see his hand come up holding the Beta Capsule, then WHAM Ultaman springs up out of the water. That scene blew my 12 year old butt away, man. Anyone know the episode?
