In the titles montage there is a yellow car which seems to roll over. Was this actually ever part of an episode? I think I've seen all the episodes in the 2 series and can't remember if this action sequence is ever anywhere.

The Fiat was not supposed to crash, but the driver simply lost control.
The Protectors also used the helicopter, flower truck sequence from the Bond movie From Russia with love in the opening titles.
