What happens if a contestant can't spin the wheel due to a disability?

Who spins it for them?

I've been wondering the same thing about the games themselves. What if the contestant has a physical ability that disables them to play it (Like Bonkers)? I guess they get a conpanion of the contestant to do it.

Son, you got a panty on your head.

I've seen a few elderly people who grabbed the wheel and went thru the motions but the wheel was spun by Bob Barker...

Haven't seen this since Drew took over.

Here's to those who wish me well...

I have! Drew has helped them spin the wheel! I'm glad they have people with disabilities on from time to time. They never used to do that!

The 'disabled' lady on ABC News tonight spun the wheel just fine all by herself.

{she might be in a little bit of trouble}

reply

Drew helps them.

there was a really really old lady on the show today.

She spun the wheel twice and it didn't go all the way around either time, so Drew helped her the 3rd time.

The sad thing was, her first spin landed on 100 and the audience started going crazy thinking she won lol

And if they know that the race game or bonkers is going to be one of the games of the day then the might select different type of contestants that day as opposed to someone celebrating their 90th birthday. They might instead select someone from that persons group to be on contestant row so they can still mention the person.
