What are your favorite/least favorite games?

Favorites:

Plinko
3 Strikes
Pathfinder
Hole in One
Cliff Hangers

Least Favorites:

Stack the Deck (Really difficult to win)
Rat Race (Total crapshoot; Plinko is too but you have the ability to win more chances in that game)
Race Game
Switch? (Really simple; seems to be on the show because it goes quickly)

I actually like Stack the Deck because there's a little bit of logic involved in deciding which number to ask for. A woman on the show the other day blew it because she already had the 1 as the third number. She then asked for the first number. If the 1 is already gone, you know the first number is a 2. I also like Pocket Change but it's too hard to win. The money distribution on the board isn't enough to make up for the price increase each time you miss a number. I would get rid of the zero cards and change half of the 5 cent cards to 10 cent cards. One game I don't like is Secret X. You can play it perfectly and get both x's and still lose the game.

I absolutely loathe Lucky 7. It is SO hard to win, I hardly ever see anybody win it. The problem I have with the show is they pick really stupid people to play. I saw a lady use the worst strategy on Stack The Deck as well, they don't deserve to win when they're that dumb. I like most of the games, I don't like Pathfinder either. Let 'Em Roll is a fave, people seem to win it a lot.

"That's Too Much" or whatever they call it sucks. I don't know that I have ever seen anyone win it. Slows the show down and is a guaranteed lose every time they wheel it out.

If they want to make sure they don't ever give away 6 prizes before the showcase, just have 5 games instead of 6.

I've seen people win That's Too Much. The key to winning is to have a fixed price for the car in your head and stick with it. Most people become unsure of themselves if they haven't flipped over very many price tags. If think a car is $21,000 and the first price they flip over is $22,000 I'm going to say, "That's too much!"

reply

Back when cars were under $10,000 Lucky 7 was easier to win. You had to guess all 4 numbers, but if you knew the approximate price of the car, the first two numbers were easy. That left only 2 numbers for you to have guess at. With the game as it is now, even if you know the second number, you still have to guess three more numbers.

I absolutely loathe Lucky 7

was reading to see if anyone would mention that.

Whenever I see that's the game a contestant will be playing, I just shake my head. 😢

Favorites: Plinko
3 Strikes
Pathfinder

Least: Any of the quick ones( like Switch) that seemed to be used only because they are fast. The second game is one of these alot of the time.

My favourites are Punch A Bunch, Half Off, Let Em Roll, Bonus Game, Plinko, Dice Game, and Vend O Price.

My least favourites are Lucky Seven, Pathfinder, and Stack The Deck. With Lucky Seven for example, every time I see a car roll out on stage I groan because I know the game is gonna be Lucky Seven. It's time to retire those three pricing games

reply

I like them all when they're won

My favorite is Danger Price and my least favorite is Master Key.
