According to TVShowsonDVD.com, MAUDE on DVD is definitely "in the works" from Sony. Check out this link:

Well it's about time. Older shows from the 70's need released instead of these awful reality shows and overnight hits. Maude is a classic and all 6 seasons should've been available by now.

On December 2, 2014 it was announced that Shout! Factory had acquired the rights to "Maude" and will release the complete series on DVD on March 17, 2015.
