They were always getting the wrong deliveries via SNAFUS and it seems that the delivery of the girls of Playboy that were meant to be sent to the Bob Hope show to entertain the troops got shipped to the 4077th. Kellye was pissed as compared to Lt. Dish she looks like she belonged turning on a spit with an apple stuffed in her big mouth.
