Episode NAME (INFO) help...

Now remember I saw this episode when I was 8 years old in 1973 so my memory is very vague. All I remember is there were several people with stange eyes around a lake that this other one person kept seeing. I know that is not much to go on but I do remember the lake vividly. I thought the lake my be a good clue in determining what the name of the episode was. I am about 90% certain it was an episode of Circle of Fear. They used to show it late on Sunday nights when I was a kid. This episode scared the crap out of me when I was 8.

Anyone have any idea what the name of this episode was? Does anyone know anything about this episode?
