Episode Question

I seem to have a memory of a certain Fat Albert episode from my childhood but can't find it on any episode list. The episode involved a friend of the gang who has this swelling on his neck and tries to keep it hidden from his parents. The gang tries to convince him to tell his parents but he's convinced that he doesn't need to and it will go away in a few days. The parents eventually find out and he is hospitalized. Fat Albert mentions to the gang that their friend has cancer but it turns out to be an exaggeration. Anybody remember this episode or know its name?
