She disembarked from the Hotten Hopper bearing a drag-a-long suitcase and hand luggage. I had to rewind and squint eyes. Chrissie? Leyla? Charity in wig?

No. Whoever she is, she spent some time sneaking around t'village and ended up getting inadvertently locked in a barn by Zak.

The character was listed simply as 'Woman in Barn' in the end credits.

I reckon she may be behind the anonymous £20,000 donation to the Sarah Dingle Appeal. The only thing that backs me up, though, is that the fingers of the unidentified person tapping in the payment on the laptop, if you remember, were definitely female.

I'm probably wrong though, what?

At first I thought she might be a recast of Zaks first wife as more than one actress has played the role in the past.

Or yet another long lost Dingle sibling.

Is Cain's mother still alive? That would be interesting if she is still alive.

Maybe Cameron's mother trying to make up for her sons crimes against Debbie.

Maybe Joanie's sister.

Abbalish, I think you may be right.

I've only been watching Emmerdale for a couple of years, so I'm not familiar with that character, but in this weeks TV guide it mentions Cain is stunned when he realises who the woman is.

Well, whoever she is I think I made the wrong call about the 20 grand donation. With the little girl sneaking out food and cash to her, it doesn't seem likely she'd have twenny long 'uns to offer up.
