Why no outtakes of this legendary UK TV Classic Doctor in---series

I mean there are plenty outtakes of shows from McHale's Navy to the Partridge Family and so on which date from the same time or earlier than this UK classic--saga of several different Doctor- comedies. Why not a single outtake of this?
