Escape from Colditz

Has anyone, especially American viewers, ever seen this TV movie? Apparently it's made up from a couple of late season 2 episodes & was the only version of this series seen on American TV, despite Universal TVs investment in the show. I'm interested in how it's edited down & the opening & closing credits etc. Any links available for this film?
