Update of pilot: 'Detour to Nowhere'

Considering it's difficult to find a new set for more than a few hundred dollars, I've come across several items which say there's less of an emphasis upon "Detour To Nowhere" as a pilot and just a "first episode" (which runs two hours vs. the remainder of the series' episodes 90 minutes.

Now that it's a standard episode, I think we should harass Cozi a bit to see if we can get episode #1.0 aired.
