You can always get a region free dvd player, and if not. a lot of those movies are available on dvd r1 or r0 (all regions) NTSC at www.xploitedcinema.com. Including Johnny Oro, Stranger in Town, and Stranger Returns.
There are plenty of bootleg widescreen copies of the mercenary that show up on eBay. And they're just fine, I have one.
