Tarantino, a big fan of this movie, named Patricia Arquette's character after Pam Grier in this film. The original script has Clarence mention that it sounds like a Pam Grier character. Anyone who knows how to add trivia should add it to this film's and True Romances. surprised no one has.

The documentary Machete Maidens Unleashed has really made me understand all these exploitation films of the 1970's and how much influence they had on Tarantino. Some of them are really crazy and fun like Quentin's stuff. It's genre filmmaking, so one can't expect too much. Bottom line, it's great entertainment on a Sunday afternoon.
