Is the title of this film the inspiration for the title of the Nilsson documentary "Who Is Harry Nilsson (And Why Is Everybody Talkin' About Him?)"

Yeah, would be too much of a coincidence not to be. And the 'Why is everybody talkin' about him' part is also a reference to his famous song used in the movie 'Midnight Cowboy.' Both 'Midnight Cowboy' and 'Who is Harry Kellerman...' star Dustin Hoffman

I always thought it was odd that the Nilsson documentary uses a title of a song that Harry did not write (Fred Neil did), especially when Nilsson wrote so many outstanding songs. Besides, with complete respect to one of the greatest pop songwriters ever, it seems a real stretch to say everyone was talking about Nilsson, then or now.

But you're right: This title and that title have no relation whatsoever.
