What is Sascha's (RWF's) position with the company?

What is Sascha's (RWF's) position with the company? In the comments, prople have been saying Producer, but I don't think that's right. (The Producer was the guy [other than Eddie Constantine] wearing a Borsalino hat.) The credits listing here at IMDB say that Sascha is Herstellungsleiter ... would that be "Production Manager" or something close to it?

Production Manager is correct.
