his actresses as a whore who was holy(acting talent,Beauty) but also a force for creative destruction?

This is just my guess, but I suspect the "holy whore" is the process of filmmaking itself — something that is revered and sacred, yet reduces its participants to behavior that degrades themselves and their co-workers. But again, that's just me.
Maybe some Germans or Fassbinger experts have a better interpretation? It's a bizarre title, to say the least.
