Unfortunately, no, but the song reminds me of the Zither theme from The Third Man, which was performed by Anton Karas. His "Third Man & Other Original Recordings" has several songs reminiscent of the song played on WR: Mysteries... If you have any luck identifying the actual song and artist, let me know.
