UK Version/US Format

Anyone know where I could find the UK version on a US region dvd? I'd like to have the movie with the Charlotte Rampling scene included and any other deleted scenes included. One of my favorite movies and would love a copy as complete as possible. thanks.

I bought the Blu-Ray version about 6-7 years ago from Amazon and the DVD region 1 version some time before that. Each disc has both US and UK releases on it.
