Did any of the pupils go on acting?

Some of the faces of the pupils look familiar to me, did any of them carry on with acting? Thanks.

Michael Cashman (Terhew) went on to become a famous actor, in Eastenders, I think, amongst other things, and later a Labour MP.

Cashman became famous in Eastenders and became a Euro MP.

Its that man again!!

Michael Kitchen (Bungabine) did.

Tom Owen (Cuthbun), son of Bill Owen, followed his father's footsteps into the later series of 'Last of the Summer Wine'.

David Auker (Aggeridge) remains a fairly familiar face to this day, usually in supporting roles.
