Someone please explain how sending the Titles to D.C. General delivery would work.
I mean how would the postmaster know that the person claiming the envelope was indeed the rightful owner?
It's a movie, but if you may, BOTH the names of GTO and the DRIVER could be on the envelope so either could collect... this isn't really an important element to the scope of the film as proved by the fact they BOTH give-up on the race.
