What is the quote on screen at the end of the film????

I know it goes something pretty close to this:

"The mind sees things that are invisible to the eye, but the heart KNOWS things that the mind cannot begin to understand."

The exact quote at the film's end is "The human heart can see what is hidden to the eyes, and the heart knows things that the mind does not begin to understand."

Evidently, this final quote (and the film's opening quote) came from some studio wag, and not from James Goldman.
