Is this the movie?

Is this the movie where a white statue head in the living room comes to life and starts talking to the crazy woman? I know the movie I am thinking of is either this, Scream Pretty Peggy or possibly The House That Would Not Die. But, I think it is this because I think the head may have been William Windom's.
