shareNo. The shot you're referring to is at 59:05, and while the woman in question has a resemblance, she - like all the other women in the scene - is clearly older than the 21 years of age that Streep was at the time this was filmed. The same woman appears again in the receiving line (at 59:26), and it is even clearer in this shot that it is not Streep.
