Most disturbing movie of all time?

Try watching "Irreversible" with Monica Belluci. The rape is nasty as is the culprit's execution. The movie very effectively uses a reverse order style similar to "Memento" but is far more violent.

Not even close for me. I suppose there might have been a time when I would have found this disturbing--I used to find A Clockwork Orange really disturbing. But then someone subjected me to Man Bites Dog. All these other movies seem like no big deal to me after that one.

It is disturbing but there are other films that also make my list.

That's just a couple I can think of at the moment.
They stay with you for a long time after seeing them.

Salo was the most disturbing movie I have ever seen. From what I've heard, Green Elephant and the August Underground movies are pretty bad.
