last phone call to Hank Stamper

After the trajic accident near movie's end, Hank Stamper (Paul Newman) is sitting around his empty house drinking beer when he gets a phone call from one of the union loggers, who says, "You're doing the right thing, Hank, laying off. Some people say you're just ...", "but hey, if there's anything we can do just call anytime," and then Hank hangs up. I couldn't make out what was said right after "Some people say you're just" and right before, "but hey, if there's anything we can do just call anytime." It's important because it obviously spurred Hank to immediately haul all four rafts of logs at once (even though it was risky because of all the river bends).

Can anyone tell me what the logger said right after "Some people say you're just" ... (and just before "but hey, if there's anything we can do just call anytime"). I'd appreciate it.

"Some people say you're just on your knees."
