For Being Such a 'Nature Guy'....

...he spent almost no time in the forest after he saved it. He pretty much monitored it by camera, programmed the drones to do the work, spent god-knows how much time training drones to be his friends. Wouldn't you think he'd be hanging out in the dome all the time? There are oodles & oodles of animals and birds to commune with. I understand the drones could provide entertainment to help combat loneliness but for such an environmentalist, I figured he'd be better suited hanging with the animals.

It's like he did a 180 degree personality flip.

Just an off the cuff thought.

Not much of a botanist. It too him a long time to figure out that green plants do not photosynthesize in the absence of light.

Oh Lord, you gave them eyes but they cannot see...

Guess you must've missed the part about him going woo-woo, eh?

The dumbest f-ing moment in the movie. The original screenplay was a bit different and in it, it made more sense. Too bad they didn't polish this shortened treatment of the script that was filmed.

The movie feels like half of the script was torn off and only the remaining half was filmed. Accidentally, that's exactly what happened. There are couple of major inconsistencies or moot points throughout the movie.
