Anyone know more about the haunting theme music to this one? It reminds me slightly of the music from "Love Story", but this is more haunting and interesting.

The haunting, melancholy theme heard throughout the movie, described by author David Deal as, 'Elaine's theme', was composed by prolific movie music composer, Morton Stevens, just for that movie, SHE WAITS. Stevens composed music scores for CBS back in the 1960s and 1970s. There are several more 70s telefright films that Stevens composed the music.
