I don't know if anyone has recommended them, but you might want to check out the works of Roger Corman. As either a director or producer, he's had a hand in quite a number of exploitation movies since the Fifties. Not to mention, he's helped launch the careers of some of the movie business' true artists: Jack Nicholson, Martin Scorsese, Jonathan Demme, Robert DeNiro, Francis Ford Coppola, to name a few.

Another good studio to check out is American International Pictures. Some good schlock from there.

They were called simply "exploitation" films. The term "blaxploitation" didn't come about until around the time Superfly was released.

A better question is whether there has ever been a "Redsploitation" Western where Native Americans parody their stereotypes and throw them back in the face of "Whitey" by serving as the main characters and going on rampages against white settlers, raping white women, drinking all manner of booze, and so forth.
