Illona Coughing into the Toilet

I can't figure out why Illona is seen to be on all fours, coughing into the toilet after her visit to the newlywed's suite. Any ideas?

I have no idea either and still am not sure why the shower water was freaking her out too. Yes, sunshine, but shower water?🐭

Vampires feed on the blood of virgins. That was no virgin she fed on. Remaining a virgin until your wedding night used to be a thing.
