IMDb says 84 min for the uncut verion, but is it PAL or NTSC?

I assume that usually the runtimes that IMDb lists is NTSC, but this is a European film, so could it be PAL? I have a PAL version of this film, and its runtime is 81.5 minutes, so how can I tell if it's fully uncut or not? If 84 minutes is for the NTSC version, I'm probably fine, but I can't be sure if that's the case...
Additionally, is there a "test scene" that if it's there, it's definitely the full uncut version?

I assume the running time is for the original theatrical release which should be 24 frames/second. The difference between PAL and NTSC is for TV/DVD. A PAL DVD of this movie will probably be speed up from 24 to 25 fps.

Europe and other places project their films in theaters at 25fps. A PAL dvd is only sped up if you're an American who saw the film at 24fps. Otherwise, its the exact same as its theatrical release(25fps)
