Song not included???

I remember watching this when I was young. I had been looking for a film that I remember had a song that was sure was "Everybody's Talkin" and there was an animated character walking around. When I found THE POINT! I assumed that that must have been the movie! I glanced through it and didn't see the scene I remembered when I was a kid. It had the waaahhh like in Everybody's Talkin. Was there a version where that song was in the film? or is there another film that sounds familiar?

"Everybody's Talkin'" is a Harry Nilsson song, but I doubt it'd have been used ever in The Point, seeing it had just been included 2 years earlier in Midnight Cowboy, a movie about a male prostitute. The Wikipedia entry for the song contains info about other movies the song's been used in.
