Worst Horror Movie Ever!

Funky disco music scenes that go on for an eternity, awful fight scenes, and a dull storyline. Whoever thought this belonged on a DVD set of horror films should be fired. Trash that isn't even entertaining in a "so-bad-it's-good" way, with the exception of a couple scenes.

It's not a horror movie. But it has Soap Opera and Film noir elements. Why it ended up on a Horror movie DVD set I'm not sure. I found it enjoyable enough even though the plot has been done a hundred times before.
