Proof it wasn't rape (spoilers)

When John is heading to Doc's shack to shoot him he starts imagining him having sex with Janette AND a blonde woman whom we never saw during the film. That blonde woman is John's picture of himself. ?She was letting Doc have his way with her without a fight. She was actually enjoying it. So it wasn't rape. It was consensual sex between Doc and John.
